Liked: We asked the front desk to switch our rooms multiple times. Every room had a bad smell. Pillows were not clean. Shower was disgusted. Carpet torn, furniture torn. Hole in the wall. Paint chips everywhere. I asked for a refund because we did not want to stay there. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a refund. To go through the hassle of switching rooms for the amount of the room. This hotel is ran down. I have stayed at other laquinta and they were never like this. This one needs to be closed, remodel, and new everything.

Liked: I like that there is no deposit. The amenities are great breakfast, indoor pool, WiFi
Disliked: The staff. The first person I encountered was pleasant upon checkin but he assigned me a room that had not been cleaned and when I reported it he switched my room and stated the manager would reach out to me(which they did not). The next day I encountered another individual who I explained the situation all over again to and she said she would notify the manager as well but again they did not reach out to me. Check out day I went down for breakfast and spoke with the same person I encountered the second time and request led a late checkout. She wrote my room number and 12 on a piece of paper and said she would notify the next person coming in and the housekeeping staff. At 11:01 I get a knock at the door and a phone call from the front desk asking if I’m checking out now. I went down to the front desk and explained to the third person I encountered that I requested a late check out and she stated she was not notified but asked if I was checking out now which at this point I was packed up and ready to go. So I checked out. I felt nobody cared about my safety concerns with the mixup and was not willing to offer me any comfort or compensation for the bad experience.
