A Very Nice and Quiet...
Liked: This is a nice quiet location and the room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: The location and the rooms were nice and clean.

Very good
Liked: Lobby and elevators not as clean as before. Housekeeping went into the room even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. I was not in the room at the time, but towels were changed and trash emptied. When Housekeeping saw all of my personal belongings on the bed and on the bathroom counter, they should have left the room immediately.

Disliked: Unfortunately they are renovating which is a good thing but makes the outward appearance a little disconcerting. But that’s what it takes to make for a better space

Liked: The front desk employee was understanding. She did promptly find me another room, unfortunately it also had ants. The front desk manager was also very pleasant and professional and issued a refund.
Disliked: The hallways had trash bags piled up and it smelled of cigarette smoke and bad air freshener. My room had ants everywhere, crumbs of food on the carpet, trash and personal belongings behind the dresser and bed. The room also smelled. I asked for another room. This room also had ants. I did not stay. Left to find another hotel and requested a refund.
