Liked: bed was comfortable.
Disliked: room a little dated and the floor was not vacuumed before my arrival

Awful.

Disliked: Room, hall, and elevator smelled like dogs. People /men hanging out in the parking lot as we parked. Checked out as fast as we checked in and was still billed 3/4 of the amount for the room. Receptionist stated the people in the parking lot were contractors,and usually are in the parking lot. The smell in the room was overbearing. Tge receptionist said she could put us in another room but that would not have helped with the stench, people in the parking lot and the sense of insecurity.

Liked: Location was convenient to the highway, stores and restaurants. Five
Disliked: The room(209) smelled like mold. ac leaked on the floor causing a wet carpet. Bathroom was clean, toilet needed cleaning.

Dirty towels and toilet turned...

Disliked: Had black crud on towel, wash cloth and towel, was told to contact the manager, but never received an email back.

Liked: ALL the staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Disliked: There was garbage on the floor next to the bed and house cleaning had to have seen it while making the bed and this tells me this room was not vacuum!!Floors need to be vacuum more frequently in rooms and hallways
