Exceptional

The perfect trip.

Liked: Looove this hotel! I stay here for epic cons / The Vampire Diaries events and it's the best. The location is amazing. 15 minutes from the clock tower and 15 minutes from the convention. Last time my only problem was I could hear everything next door but this time they put me in a room and the problem has been fixed! Staff is very friendly. Check in and out is always super quick.
Disliked: No eggs one morning but that's it! I would love if hashbrowns were added, then the breakfast would be perfect.

Great place to stay.

Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing. There weren’t many options when we went down at 7am on a Saturday. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower could have been cleaner. The elevator made us super nervous.

Liked: The lady at the front desk couldn’t be more rude and her lack of desire to helps us was big. The mattress in the sofa bed in our suit was dirty with old blood spots and your could feel the springs.
