5 stars. Best lodging place I've been to for a long time.

Liked: Rooms had coffee, microwave and refrigerator. Rare anymore.
Disliked: No restaurant or bar.

Pleasant and helpful staff! Enjoyable stay; pleasant atmosphere; clean hotel and clean room. Conveniently located near SunTrust Park and the Cumberland Mall area. When visiting Atlanta will stay here again!

Disliked: Did not care for the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Disliked: Room was not cleaned properly and had a damp smell. The air con was extremely loud even when the unit was turned off via the control panel. The fridge was also making a loud noise all night.

Disliked: The man at the front desk didn't want to check me in because my wife went to the front desk and presented my ID and credit card for storage while I parked and unloaded my bags from the car. He yelled at her for not speaking the language very well and told her to leave "HER HOTEL" that he wasn't going to allow us to stay there. To which my wife responded: "Okay, give me back the money I already paid and I'll go to another hotel." The man started yelling at her and telling her to leave the hotel that he wasn't going to do anything to cancel it. When I got to the front desk, I asked him what was going on and he yelled at me too and said that he was going to call the police and that we should leave "HER HOTEL." We told him to call the police that there was no problem and he got even more upset. It was clearly a situation of racism because we were Latinos. At that moment, more American clients had arrived and he didn't yell at them or treat them the way he treated us.This man did not allow us to stay at the hotel, nor did he want to refund us the money we had already paid in advance $107.00. We had to spend the night in the car, it is not fair to receive this type of treatment.

Disliked: AC/heater was awful..locked by mgt at 75F...it was 28F outside!!!

Liked: very spacious and large! Everything was above and beyond for this neighborhood retreat! Comfy and clean was our greeting w/ plenty of towels for 2
Disliked: The AC/Heater didnt work well....and was locked off at 75! The breakfest was not desirable/ clean.... not enough cups ect...
