5 stars. Best lodging place I've been to for a long time.

Liked: Rooms had coffee, microwave and refrigerator. Rare anymore.
Disliked: No restaurant or bar.

Pleasant and helpful staff! Enjoyable stay; pleasant atmosphere; clean hotel and clean room. Conveniently located near SunTrust Park and the Cumberland Mall area. When visiting Atlanta will stay here again!

Disliked: Did not care for the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Disliked: Rugs were so dirty. Only plastic cups and utensils. No eggs or bacon/sausage at breakfast. Only waffles, toast, bagels and breakfast cereal. Trash cans overflowing.

Liked: Decent place to stay. Room spacious and location is convenient. Good price
Disliked: Maintenance. Gym with broken machine, TV not working as well. Breakfast not enough food, and guests had to find other alternative.

Dirty and rude

Liked: Got to the hotel my reservation was canceled, the host was arguing with another customer and he was being loud and disrespectful. He was abusing his authority. Then, I finally check in and the shower drain was clogged and full of dirty hair and nasty stuff. In the morning breakfast fast ok however, the working environment was tens. Worst stay ever.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom, guest officer rude with all other clients.

Liked: The guy that worked at evening shift to midnight was very good and personable enjoyed him a lot the black guy at the front desk.
Disliked: That I asked my for my room to be serviced twice and never was she came told her to come back in an hour never came back.
