Disliked: I stayed there in sept for the same days in a two roo suite and it was $200.00 less than the king room i had this February. They could not explain the price difference. I really liked the hotel but may look else where next time.

The best front desk staff...

Liked: The front desk staff were fabulous. They went out of their way to serve our needs. My husband had surgery at UTMB and the hotel staff met all our requests with kindness and efficiency.
Disliked: CleanFront desk staff
