will not stay there again

Disliked: booked room 1 month in advance disable room said they did no has room when checking in.

Good

Liked: Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. There was a good variety and many choices for breakfast.
Disliked: Both of the treadmills were broken. We were told that the staff had expected new ones to arrive in December, but still had not arrived as of Feb.

Liked: The convenience of the location
Disliked: I found bugs in my room. It says I called an exterminator which I never saw one and if they’re going to exterminate one room, why don’t they exterminate all of them?
