It was not that great
Liked: Every trip I take to San Angelo I always love to stay at la Quinta not only is it convenient but the staff is always welcoming and exceptional customer service ..
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property was the room was not as clean as always the bed was halfway made the restroom was not stuccoed with toilet paper the lamp was plugged into microwave and behind bed and shelves lots of paper etc like nothing was moved to clean the room..when I checked in girl at front days systems are down so I was ok I need smoking room please but she couldn’t guarantee but then said it will be fine you can.this time around my trip and stay at la Quinta was not that great and now I’m not knowing being charged for maybe some of the issues with previous that wasn’t charged to them I don’t know it an opinion of mine..if the history of my stay at la Quinta I have never had any issues or at any time broke or done anything to be charged that fee..this needs to get looked into please cause I don’t want to bother stay anywhere else but la Quinta on my trips to San Angelo

Disliked: Tried to put me in a dirty room told front desk put me in another room but was also dirty it took her 10 tries before she found me a room then the room belonged to someone else after an hour of looking for a room we just gave up stayed somewhere else

It could have been better
Liked: The staff was wonderful especially the girl who was there at check in. We arrived around 230ish. The guy who collects the trash was great and the regional maintenance man was awesome
Disliked: Beds to hard. Needs better selection for breakfast (not everyone likes either just cereal or waffles), tub leaking when taking a bath. Requested more towels on Saturday morning but never got them, pillows to flimsy. The extra charge for a pet is ridiculous. wifi connection doesn't work. No coffee pot in room.

Ummm at a loss for...
Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The shower had a lot of hair in the tub. And the sheets on the bed had some kind of stains on them. And the pillows looked like they had been recycled from old used sheets.

Disliked: It wasn’t cleaned. The shower was terrible. The water kept switching to freezing cold.

Disliked: I didn’t like that in the first room there was no remote for the TV, and that the bed sheets were dirty and stained, then when I got new sheets and a remote from the office (that had buttons missing) I discovered that the TV didn’t work, we were moved to a different room and in this room there were absolutely no towels or washcloths, the Tv have to be moved and cords swapped from the other tv in the room to get the one in the bedroom to work. I have never stayed at a La Quinta that was so bad and will definitely never stay at that one in San Angelo again…. And it definitely make me think twice about staying at another La Quinta no matter where it is…… I usually choose La Quinta because I have always had a good stay in very comfortable, clean and well kept rooms….. but now I may have to rethink where I stay.

Awful wouldn't recommend this place...
Liked: Nothing. The experience was absolutely terrible. Ridiculed and harassed. I want a refund for this stay. I deserve at least that much!
Disliked: Everything. Nothing was done properly or respectfully. Staff was extremely inappropriate and vulgar. They didn't try to utilize any parts of customer service or accommodate for my room or personal interest.
