Superb

We did go get clean...

Liked: Quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Having to ask for clean towels and have the bedding changed, and the trash taken out.

Unimpressed

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It was very shady homeless people it was just not what the picture showed

It did the job.

Liked: Convenient location. The price was right. Every interaction with staff was positive.
Disliked: I would have liked a pool. Night security might be a good idea. We worried about our cars in the parking lot. There was a lot of homeless and even someone sleeping on the other side of the building. Found heroin or meth paraphernalia in the doorway to the building.

Liked: The kitchen staff denied entry of my service dog, violating federal ADA rules after that the cook continually harassed my wife sexually then upon checking out, he confronted us in the parking lot, attempting to start a fight and making racial slurs

Disliked: The King bed sunk down on the side I slept on. Definitely needs replacement. It was still comfortable, but noticeably sunk down.Since I paid thru Booking.com you still owe me a proper receipt, right?
