Staff was trash, always on...

Liked: Breakfast was decent and the room tv was nice.
Disliked: Staff. Strong smell of marijuana. The bed was very uncomfortable in the executive suite. The water in the shower barely got hot.

I didn’t get to stay...

Liked: Nothing because I couldn’t stay at the property. They don’t have staff at night and they lock up the property and when I arrived at three in the morning to try to get some sleep, I was locked out and couldn’t get in. They left a note for you to call on the outside of the door and after 4 to 5 attempts to call, they never picked up or answered. I was trapped outside in the freezing cold with my suitcase. This is crazy and they need to refund me my money.
Disliked: They locked the facilities at night and you can’t check in after being notified that you were going to be a late arrival they had nobody there to assist to let me in and check into it my reserved room.

Liked: Breakfast was good as usual. It is always nice to have a hot breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean and had all the regular amenities. No complaints there.
Disliked: We couldn't turn on the heat which was not great since it got quite chilly. Fortunately I had a hoodie I could wear in the room. The cable for the TV was not working either so we watched our own iPad.
