I feel bad for people who saved up for a trip and stayed there. There was no hot water, the pillows were awful, the hallway smelled, our toilet didn't work. I don't think I will book again.

Liked: Closeness of the hotel to the venue.
Disliked: No hot water whatsoever in the morning; toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, and overwhelming chemical/cleaning smell in hallway. Pillows were terrible, rocks would have been more comfortable.

Not Good at all…

Liked: The room lighting was excellent and the decor nice, the towels were soft.
Disliked: The phone didn’t work, the rooms were tight, the pool and garage were open to each other causing fumes that caused headaches, the bed was rock hard, the breakfast didn’t offer any protein just carbs. The morning staff was rude and uncaring took over 30 minutes to check out and get my deposit back. Posted hours of noise levels were not enforced as there were people after even 11 pm making noises loudly outside our room. Not even given an apology when told the staff in the morning and gave them a note in writing. I’m a YouTuber and will be posting about this if no one contacts us by April 7th.
