I feel bad for people who saved up for a trip and stayed there. There was no hot water, the pillows were awful, the hallway smelled, our toilet didn't work. I don't think I will book again.

Liked: Closeness of the hotel to the venue.
Disliked: No hot water whatsoever in the morning; toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, and overwhelming chemical/cleaning smell in hallway. Pillows were terrible, rocks would have been more comfortable.

Exceptional

Liked: Enjoyed the clean rooms and continental breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Great location about a 5 minute walk to Disneyland. Also across the street from the Anaheim Garden walk shopping center. Would definetly return.

Extremely disappointed, If I were...

Liked: It was close to our destination for our requirements. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: The beds were worn out, the carpet, curtains and the couch/chair were stained. We were expecting to have a room with 2 queen beds but received 2 full sized that were completely worn out and uncomfortable. The mattress for the hide-a-bed for my daughter was worn out even worse. The door into the bathroom was so crooked in the frame you could see through between the door and frame on the hinge side. The sliding door between the beds looked like it was going to fall off the track. The telephone next to the bed was continuously buzzing with "static" all night and during the time we were in the room. The view was also overlooking the trash pile from a remodeled hotel. Not to mention the "Continental breakfast" was the worst I have ever encountered. The "eggs" were cold, old boiled eggs, no bacon, sausage, or anything else that I have had at much lesser establishments. Tasteless "3d printed" pancakes, and cheap store bought donuts/bagels. This was the 2nd room we were put into as the first room was mildewy and had a bad odor in it. The cover plate to the shower was completely falling off of the tub surround.
