Liked: I liked the location and the hotel smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice that they had Netflix on the tvs, but we don’t use it.
Disliked: It was a little dirty. I first noticed in the lobby that the hotel wasn’t the cleanest— and then in our room our sheets were stained, the surfaces were not wiped down, and the bathroom door had dust and chunks on it. The bathroom door was the dirtiest. There seemed to have not been quiet hours because people were waking us up all through the night shutting doors hard. There were mixed messages about whether or not pets were allowed, which was confusing and a little stressful. Also, they didn’t always charge a pet fee which is why we wanted to stay at this specific location initially. Finally, when we went down for breakfast, there was mold on one of the English muffins which instantly made me not want to eat there. I didn’t even bother looking at the other food items available.

Liked: Location was close in proximity to meet my trip needs.
Disliked: The property was disorganized and poorly managed. My initial room was unprepared, the second had a broken toilet with no immediate solution, and a promised room was given to another guest. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and the issues were never properly resolved.
