Liked: The room was clean and well laid out, as it appears it was for more handicap access which allowed more space in the bathroom. The morning hot breakfast was fresh, well stocked and filling.
Disliked: The hotel and room seemed a little bit “worn” of what we could see and with a little refreshing would add to the pleasant stay.

Liked: breakfast was okay. room was very clean.
Disliked: Check in process was horrible, we were told we had to pay for three nights, if we stayed two nights there would be no refund as per lady with purple hair at the front desk. We had to rebook a new reservation for two nights. We requested extra blankets and nothing was delivered, door lock was broken, had to get maintenance to fix. Lady across from us had a big dog that kept barking. Overall experience was terrible.

Liked: Location was decent distances from where we were going.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking! Bathroom was disgusting in both rooms, food crumbs, dust, and god knows what else around beds and cabinet. Both rooms stunk so bad of cigarettes when we walked in, we had to continuously spray perfume. Breakfast was lacking fresh fruit and the milk was expired.
