The room itself was much smaller than I thought it would be, since we reserved a King Suite. I was surprised by the size of it. For us the location was ideal - even though it was in more of an industrial area, the events and venues we had on our itinerary made it an ideal location.

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good and did have a good selection to choose from.
Disliked: Parking lot was a mess. They were being resurfaced and parking was a chore.

Liked: The staff, especially Debra were friendly and helpful. The exception was that when I had trouble with the wi-fi the older gentleman at the desk, didn’t know anything about it. No one else was there to help. The room was spacious and lovely. Very comfortable. The television was hard to use. It had 2 remotes. The coffeemaker needs to be replaced with a better model.
Disliked: See above. Also, no green space for my dog. The outside appearance needs to improve.

Disliked: Nightmare hotel. Everything broken, VERY NOISY, dirty, and a ridiculous breakfast. Not recommended at all, and very expensive.

Liked: Staff was fantastic. lobby was clean. Rooms were clean but the beds were very worn.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. And overall the hotel could have been cleaner.

Great price and staff

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, they are doing an amazing job. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The vent in the bathroom did not work, bathroom felt dirty.
