Disliked: No elevator, room was close to stairs. Slamming door

Needs major renovations

Liked: The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and that area seemed clean.
Disliked: The whole place needs major renovations. Carpet is dingy. Bad location. Didn't feel safe. Woke up itchy. People hanging out on the staircase late at night. Fan on room didn't have fan blades and shower faucet wouldn't turn off. Bad lighting in the room. Staff was great, but the place needs attention. I've learned my lesson not to dip below $100 a night.

Liked: Tub not draining Sin not draining Not very clean SmellHall looked much worse than the roomIf I had more choices after my travel and had time I would’ve cancelled and found other place or sleep in the truck at Walmart I checked in at 1130 pm and needed at good night stay after a 10+ hour drive to turn around and go back I was staying to help someone that needed help in this town and will NOT RECOMMEND they have have friends and family stay here. Sorry

Time for a complete makeover

Liked: We have been staying here for the last 12-14 years. The location to my families house was the major draw and easy access to the freeway
Disliked: For the same reasons. This hotel must be under new management because this hotel and staff were very poor. The rooms need to be updated, and im sure the bedding is the same as it was the first time we stayed there. This hotel went from one of the best to what it feels like , just a money grab. The staff didn't care about cleanliness and you have to request room service while you're there. Another annoying aspect is that they now charge a deposit. I get it most hotels do, but this hotel is on the downswing, and im not sure what they are trying to do. I would go on, but I feel it's just not worth it emotionally and financially. Pay the actual $20. 00 a night and save yourself the aggravation. Travel is already stressful enough. Why add to it?
