Disappointing

Liked: I liked the first floor access, the easy location and the handicapped parking.
Disliked: The room had a weird odor when I first walked in. The toilet went down slowly after flushing. I had to take my shower in my wheelchair and then it was wet for the night. There should be a bench for the person to sit on. The water was uncontrollable so my shower was short. The handicapped bathroom stall in the lobby didn't have a lock that worked properly.

Great room, some horrible staff

Liked: The pool is an indoor pool, and it was closed. The front desk clerk was really rude to me because I had to get a different room because the first one ac didn't work. He was cursing and mumbling when I came to him. Which ended in us arguing and he gave me dirty looks the rest of our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Liked: This chain needs a revamp! Room and hallway smelled like marijuana and animal waste
