Disappointing
Liked: The room floors were dirty upon arrival like they had not been swept. The beds are so uncomfortable and made so much noise we didn't get much sleep. The staff that was in charge of the food service was rude.

Felt unsafe and dirty.
Liked: The size of the room.
Disliked: The room had some updated features but not well maintained by management. You could see where the ceiling had a previous leak, the fridge wasn't working, there were roaches both dead and alive. The other guests could be heard through the walls so I couldn't sleep.

Disliked: Sink was coming off the wall, floors had scraps and scratches, beds were uncomfortable, smelled like pee.The breakfast was not ok

Liked: The room was fine. The location was perfect for our purposes. Check in and out went smoothly.
Disliked: We left a pair of pajama pants in the room. When I called the next day, I was told nothing was found in the room. This was only a one night trip, so I know they weren't left anywhere else. I'm disappointed that the housekeeping staff "didn't find" them.
