Disappointing

The quality of this stay...

Liked: Location to my competitionRestaurants nearby
Disliked: Manager kept telling me I didn’t pre-register even though I had. Room air vent gurgled a night. Couple in another room were screaming at each other in the middle of the night. Bathroom air vent was filthy. Room colors were questionable- dark grey wall, orange scents, and a hot pink chair.

Put some money and time...

Liked: Wasn't much of a breakfast. I had coffee and a banana.
Disliked: The hotel has turned into a complete dump! It needs extreme cleaning. My room stunk bad like stale cigarettes. The bathtub berly drained because of all the years of hair and filth caught in the drain and it doesn't get removed. The carpet had more stains than the parking lot and needs shampooing or replaced.

Stay was a good stop...

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of variety. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. A little smokey (cigarette) outside, but not inside the room. Convenient to I-10. Loved the Towels and Dove Products.
Disliked: Had a hard time understanding the front desk person (accent), but we accepted it and understood what we needed to.

All in all it was...

Liked: If it would’ve been warm I would’ve definitely been in the pool
Disliked: The pool looked pretty fun

Disliked: Charging fees for incidentals’ that I’ll never see back

Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The mattress was the worst I've ever stayed in. The neighbors were very loud throughout the night.
