Liked: It wasn't too far from the BB&T Center.
Disliked: There is nothing special about this place. Room was clean, basic, no perks. We arrived late and there was no place open to get food.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was ok I did'nt have a problem.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the lady who took care of the breakfast was very rude and have a bad attitude. That need to be fixed.

Disliked: we had issues with the tv, and the internet was horrible

Disliked: Old A/C unit with a lot of noise, musty odor in room. Not enough breakfast for all the guests.

Ok Stay

Liked: Location was good. The check in desk clerk was great!
Disliked: When it was time to check out, the clerk only called from the back and ask what you needed and never came out. She told us just leave the keys on the counter. Also the ac in the room need to be clean for dust, it was making everyone cough, we had to turn it off. The room doors was badly hung, so much space open to the side and bottom, didn’t feel safe with that.
