Liked: Everything was great! The staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

Bad

Liked: Tv didn’t work, called front desk. They said they would send someone to look at it, no one came. Blood stain on inner bed sheets, no hot water, waited 15 minutes with no hot water. Told staff in morning and because I went through booking.com no help.

Liked: I liked the location of the motel.
Disliked: The cleanliness was awful. The microwave had food all in it. The staff had no idea how to answer any questions we had regarding reimbursement or just getting towels. As far as towels go, we had 4 guests and only 3 towels to actually dry ourselves and only two wash cloths. We requested more but it was somehow a BIG problem. We kept returning our towels to get new ones, but could never get what we actually needed. We ended up checking out early because we had to keep requesting trim service to take our trash and change sheets for our 3 night stay, but they never came.

Much Better than expected

Liked: Very friendly staff- clean room
Disliked: Room was a little cold but warmed right up- I’d rather pay less and have to turn the heater on than pay more and have a hot room

Good place to stay for...

Liked: I loved the how clean the room were. Smeling so nicley just right at the entrence.
Disliked: Closnes to the major road section, but that has some pluses too. A lot restaurants around to choose from.

Disliked: Dirty and homeless people walking around outside asking you for things
