Won’t be staying again

Liked: Staff was helpful. Left items at the facility and manager personally dropped them off at UPS for return shipment. Night staff came to room to try and fix tv
Disliked: TV/remote didn’t work. Staff was able to turn it on but it still didn’t work properly. Needed to reprogram the remote but staff didn’t know how.Bathroom pipes were not attached to the walls. Carpet throughout the facility was dirty.

Disliked: No hot water if you want to shower. Front desk extremely rude about it. No manager or anyone to help if you have any issues.

It was a no return...

Liked: Costner service was great. The room HVAC worked great.
Disliked: There was hair in the bed, tub and on the towels. There was VERY limited hot water. The water pressure was extremely low.

Liked: Check-in and out were quick.
Disliked: Complete facility needs upgraded from linens, rooms, lobby, and hallways. Every piece of furniture, linen, walls, and carpets were scuffed, marred, stained, or damaged in lobby, hallway, room, and elevator. Hole in celling in hallway, towels seemed to be clean but had yellow stains. Morning, there wasn't any hot water in shower, had to clean up using warm water from the sink, stains on box springs, and carpet also on chairs and ottoman. Value for lodging is over priced for condition of hotel premises.
