Liked: The voices and sounds from the room next door were very noticeable. Woke me up very early. You need better insulated walls.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: First of all the billing was messed up from the beginning. There were three separate holds put on my card, all different amounts, totaling over $2500 which was not even close to the amount of the stay even with incidentals. That happened on the very first day. The staff is all new, they are not trained on procedure, billing, management, and quite frankly their customer service could use some work.
