Liked: Friendly staff, great location.
Disliked: Housekeeping does a great job at accommodation however for some strange reason even after requesting to have my sheets changed, the scent of body odor was still present. It was evident that the problem is that Perhaps due to expenses or cuts in the budget, sheets and other linens are not being thoroughly washed with an appropriate or abundant amount of laundry detergent. I assume that a lot of funds are invested into advertising and marketing and although vital to a company growth, the true support of the success lies in the final customer experience. Employees at this location work very hard towards the satisfaction of the guests, it would be nice to see if something was done to resolve this detail in the future and perhaps try to stay here again as for now this was my first time and first impressions.
