Bad experience !

Disliked: The elevators were broken .. and we were traveling with a 5 month old baby. Still they took our reservation and gave us 4th floor knowing that elevators are broken. On asking - the staff was blunt and says to go ahead and cancel the reservation. We got played .. and booking.com didn’t do anything for the bad experience.

Friendly atmosphere from the staff

Liked: Great location for eating out and near the interstate 20.
Disliked: The toilet in our bathroom after flushing makes a loud noise

Liked: The staff was helpful in alerting me up the floor I was to stay on was animal friendly and gave me the option to move. Also Beatrice shared that the elevator went out and I would have to take the stairs, however, to compensate for that she said she would take $30 off my bill. I’m awaiting to see both bills with the the discount because I purchased two separate nights.
Disliked: I had no alternative to get to my floor.

Disliked: Elevators did not work. We stayed on a Thursday night and the following Sunday night, they were broken the entire time.

Disliked: the mirror in the room kept opening and the elevator was out but i knew before hand because they contacted me

Disliked: elevator was broken and was not repaired during stay. no discount offered.
