Disliked: It was a bit far from some of the venues that we going to, but Victoria is not a big city . No traffic issues at all.

Nice Hotel, But Room Conditions...

Liked: The location was right near where I was playing in a cornhole tournament. This was my second stay. The staff friendly and the hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is decent but nothing to rave about.
Disliked: I had a very poor stay due to the noisy room that I stayed in. The room a/c made loud noises at varying intervals, and the refrigerator made a loud electrical sound combined with a humming sound. Unfortunately, I was watching football with the television sound at a decent level, so I did not notice all of this before I went to bed. I realized the noises once I turned off the television and in bed trying to go to sleep. I slept the first four hours of the night OK, but then was up and down for the rest of the night depending on the a/c kicking on/off. I eventually unplugged the refrigerator, but the a/c noises could not be stopped without turning off the a/c altogether. Moreover, the hallways were unusually busy in the late night with people talking loudly, which is not the fault of the hotel, and I could hear the elevator "ding" each time, probably because I was either awake or sleeping lightly due to all of the noises. I finally fell asleep at 5:30m only to have the room alarm go off at 6am; apparently, someone set it to go off by default at 6am (i.e., I did not set an alarm). In the end, I showed up day two to my cornhole tournament tired and un-refreshed; it was very frustrating for sure. I actually recorded audio/video of how loud the a/c and refrigerator was in my room just to show my wife.

Very pleasant and clean. Friendly...

Liked: I really appreciated that they let me check in earlier than 3pm. I made my stay so much more pleasant. I was able to get some much needed rest when I got into town I was very tired. So I was very very pleased. 😊
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like
