Disliked: Staff was not helpful. Had a problem with my reservation. They charged me for a night that I wasn't even at the property. Terrible customer service.

Friendly staff, difficult to get...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was super sweet and tried to accommodate us when I asked if we switch from a king bed to two queen beds.
Disliked: It was a little hard getting into the hotel, due to how hidden it was.
