Liked: It was reasonably priced and nice.

It was great. The breakfast variety was great and the mini fridge was small but helpful. The only downside was the feel of the pillows - they were flimsy and soft. The toilet flush was loud and the shower curtain was cloth so it got wet but otherwise the bathroom was clean and good.

Liked: Very clean and updated; customer service was out of this world, including fast, efficient and friendly cab service. We will definitely be making this hotel destination our concert preferred stay.

Liked: The lobby was nice.
Disliked: Room was dirty, lots of wear visible on doors, doorframes, furniture. The entire floor from the bathroom to front door was spongy and squishy... obvious that water from the shower has leaked across the floor repeatedly for a long time causing delamination. People were hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed, playing music when we arrived at 11pm. It felt unsafe. Not enough parking available... I had to park against a curb by the dumpster (along with many others). I asked the front desk about it and got a shrug with "just don't block anyone in".

Liked: The room we stayed in was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location was about 10 minutes from downtown. Check in was super easy and they informed me at check in that if you aren’t staying 3+ nights that they won’t do room service, so she gave me extra towels.
Disliked: We were accidentally 5 minutes late getting out of our room to checkout and someone came knocking on the door to see if we were sleeping and when I told them we were packed and were heading out in the next minute they stood there and just waited for us to leave. I can understand if we were 30 minutes late checking out but 5? Kind of ridiculous. She then proceeded to go in and inspect our room to I can only assume see if we left a mess. Also when we turned on the jet tub, small black flakes were coming out.
