Liked: It was reasonably priced and nice.

It was great. The breakfast variety was great and the mini fridge was small but helpful. The only downside was the feel of the pillows - they were flimsy and soft. The toilet flush was loud and the shower curtain was cloth so it got wet but otherwise the bathroom was clean and good.

Liked: Very clean and updated; customer service was out of this world, including fast, efficient and friendly cab service. We will definitely be making this hotel destination our concert preferred stay.

Liked: The hotel felt brand new, or at least recently upgraded. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, terrific breakfast and comfortable bed with a great selection of pillows.
Disliked: It was perfect and an amazing value

Liked: The walk in was very welcoming the front desk lady was really kind and sweet she greeted us as soon as we walked in. She even offered us amazing food and shopping options.
Disliked: It was a great stay for our overnight trip

Liked: The room was great. The beds were really comfy. The hotel's lobby and breakfast sitting area was just beautiful. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Oh also the man who brought out the breakfast was very nice. I also liked that the hotel was away from the super busy areas.
Disliked: OK, so when my Mom and I checked in, the lady that checked us in didn't seem too nice. Didn't tell us where our room was, didn't mention if there was any wifi. Just mentioned check out time and breakfast times. When we got to our room there was still used towels in our shower. I just bagged them up and sat them outside our room (I used the bag as a glove to grab them). This next thing is just because my Mom and I are plus size people. The shower door doesn't slide open wide enough for us to fit through but I know that's kind of an us problem lol
