I liked the fast service...

Liked: Breakfast good service

Convenient and clean.

Liked: Check in woman was very, very helpful finding the perfect room for someone with limited mobility. Lady in breakfast room was never without a smile.. Maintenance man (I think he was maintenance) named John was very kind as we had a nice conversation about Santa Claus.
Disliked: Never had housekeeping for three days.

Not worth it here

Liked: Room looked nice
Disliked: Fridge not working and told desk , had to pay for parking, couldn’t leave cash deposit , dogs barking late at nite , too many people in hallway talking and laughing till after 1 am . Not get much sleep for a 70 plus year old

Liked: Nothing If I hadn't gotten sick, I wouldn't have stayed with you again.
Disliked: You didn't return two deposits, I asked the reception staff to clean the room, they said they couldn't today, so I asked for two towels, the reception said they would bring them, they didn't bring anything, they didn't even indicate the room numberit turns out that for that kind of money the service is like for pigs
