Liked: The location is right in the center of downtown so it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the historical landmarks.
Disliked: The central location

Great Value with normal expectations

Liked: The Location and the convenience of everything is a main attraction point. The Price to be able to stay in the heart of the CDB is on point. I will say that I had an easy time checking in and notified about the wifi and amenities.
Disliked: I dont like to pay a deposit so high on rooms when there is minimal benefits to the value of the price for the customer. I will say that The key system was broken during my stay which meant I had to time my day by someone else in order to let me up the elevator, and inside my room. This factor alone should result in a smaller fee applied or some form of discount because the stay was not as promised. The staff was not present during my check out time and I had to leave my info with the Valet to hope they would pass on the info.

Disliked: Lack of luggage carts upon check out. I know the front desk would not like to be monitoring the luggage carts, but I was shocked to find out there were 3 of them when I only ever saw one. People were hoarding them in their rooms & selfishly not allowing others to use them. After breakfast, I thought about taking the only luggage cart in the lobby even though we would not be checking out for 1/2 an hour. I should have taken it as it was gone when we needed it. We waited 1/2 an hour in the lobby for its return. Eventually we carried everything to the lobby. It took at least 1/2 hour to get & load the car. Still no luggage cart showed up. The carts should be signed out to at least make people feel guilty about hoarding them.

Disliked: There was no hot water all Sunday until that night. Requested toilet paper and never received it.
