Liked: Everything was clean, lobby, bathrooms, dinning area.
Disliked: We stayed here as a break as we were passing through to go home (4 hours away). Thin walls/safety. 1. Other visitors were yelling and what sounded like physical fighting. We were too scared to open the door and look. 2. In the middle of the night you could hear the people above us throwing up horrifically.

Disliked: Upon check-in, I went to my room and realized that there was dogs barking next-door! I went to the front desk and asked the gentleman have all these rooms. Had animals in them? Any acted like he did something on the computer and he said no ma’am, there’s been no animals in your room at all. I woke up this morning with pet hair all over the floor. I’m highly allergic to dogs! My son that had autism, had to go up and ask for bedding for the pullout couch in the room he received one blanket and a pillow without a pillowcase! After I left, I received a letter from the property stating That I stole a blanket and pillow! They charge my credit card $20 for that dirty blanket with no sheets that he had to sleep on a plane mattress! And a pillow that couldn’t help at all have been worth more than about $.50 with no pillowcase! If you are allergic to animals, this is a very serious problem so I hope you take the time to make sure that you realize what you’re getting yourself into before you stay there!There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever! I’m 52 years old and I travel quite frequently and I have never experienced something so wildly weird I can’t make any sense of it! They’re totally at fault. I never really complained at all even though it was all bad And then on top of it they have enough nerve to call me a thief.!The manager, Katie was extremely rude and has no empathy towards her customers. She firmly believes in her employees 100%. I’m so thankful I did not leave my room unattended at any time! Please check this place out thoroughly before you decide to stay there!
