After a not so good...

Liked: So clean and welcoming!
Disliked: Nothing - We loved it!

Just Okay

Liked: The staff was really great and when asked for extra bedding, it was brought really fast. The breakfast was okay and what you would expect.
Disliked: The beds are a little stiff and a little uncomfortable. I slept okay but wish the beds were a little softer. I got a room with a roll away bed but couldn't use it as the mattress on it is so thin you could feel the frame underneath.

Liked: Bed was good, kitchen staff was very good, and room was clean
Disliked: Photos on the website did not represent the room. Advertised an easy chair or reclining chair in room by floor lamp but there was an empty corner of the room with NO chair. When I inquired at the front desk I was told "no, there isn't any chair in the room." I had to ask for one and they brought up a conference chair although they were hesitant to do so.

Liked: Location next to airport is convenient and area seems safe and clean.
Disliked: The hotel felt cheap, cold and smelled like air fresheners. It was cheaply built because we listened to the people above us and on our floor all night.
