Horrible. Trash. Never Again

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: Horrible!!! The facility is old and run down.. The room was half clean. The tub was moldy. It appears to be a hotel for locals with extended stays.

Don’t expect much .

Liked: The pool and patio area looked nice and I was pleasantly surprised they had a hot tub .
Disliked: Should be staffed enough for someone to always be at the front desk I called multiple times on different occasions and got no response to the point I went down stairs to the front desk and no one was there , pest control is needed found bugs and roaches in both rooms , Carpet needs cleaning I was scared to step on the carpet with my bare feet , bathroom should be deep cleaned the first room had a ring in the toilet bowl . And the tub looked stained . That’s where I encountered a weird insect coming out of the toilet paper as I was about to wipe myself . But the lady at the front desk did end up switching my room second room was slightly better in cleanliness but still found roaches in the bathroom as well and the tub didn’t drain properly. The pool area and the outside patio area looked nice even though I did not take advantage of it . First time at this location and probably the last .

I don’t think I’ll chose...

Liked: Arrival staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The staff was able to help change the room which smelled of cigarette smoke even though designated as nonsmoking. The next room was just a bit better with less cigarette smell but was not clean, crawling bugs and musty. We stayed only be a we were tired being for only one night. We’ve been to a number of La Quinta hotels that were much cleaner. I wasn’t impressed at all with the checkout fellow. I waited while he was checking me out at the desk. I had to call him back to get my receipt. His response was “you didn’t ask for it. Most people don’t want it”. It was an ignorant statement.

Will not consider returning

Liked: Room were very clean. At Contiguous room somebody were smoking so basically the odor was affecting us.
Disliked: No Breakfast at ALL! both days when we tried to get breakfast the attention was terrible and there was not enough products to offer. Cereal no milk, bread no butter, waffle mix but no spam for iron so all mix got stuck on the waffle iron. Staff members were very rude saying that what was there was all the breakfast available.

Comfortable - Fort Lauderdale Pompano...

Liked: The cost ... check in was quick ... Room clean
Disliked: The room was a non smoking room but the room next to us had residents that smoked ... People smoked outside our door.
