Disliked: the old furniture the carpet the roaches the cat hair on chair the nasty plastic bath mat it was just musty looking the tired mattress sinks. the breakfast only had boil eggs as meat the waffle mix was watery only fruit was oranges so the only thing was baggle cereal and tiny muffins that was edible. the ceiling had a Crack the tub wall was cracked the tub was beige and didn't appear to be clean. the paint on the hotel room door needs to change. they need to change the photos bevause i was catfish in the advertisement because it looks nothing like it and it is false advertisement

I’m afraid I caught something...

Liked: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To the point of I felt dirty sleeping there. So every aspect of this hotel was gross
Disliked: First, pee stains on the comforter. Asked for a replacement at 7am and had to pick it up at the front desk at 8pm that night. I personally had to exterminate 5 cockroaches. Shower and entire bathroom was disgusting and never got in the shower because I wasn’t sure if my tetanus shots are up to date. The bed on the right side in room 151 had blood on the side of the mattress. I’m pretty sure there was some sort of prostitution being run out of a room 4 doors down. Different guy walking in every hour Do not ever think of staying here

It was what we paid...

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: We saw 2 cockroaches in our room. I needed more towels and they said they ran out. I went for breakfast and I had to ask for a bagel and they were nowhere to be found when the regular coffee ran out.

Clean but run down

Liked: Room was clean, plenty of hot water in shower and bathroom
Disliked: Room was outdated and run down. Thread bearing carpet. Bed was bad, sank in on the left side. I slept in the middle

Liked: super easy check-in. which was great because I got to the hotel at 4 AM. room looked very clean.
Disliked: communication with staff - I called the hotel in advance and told them I wouldn't be getting in until 4am. The individual who I spoke w on the phone said that it would be fine but once I got to the hotel, she wasn't aware and had audited all the scheduled rooms - she was nice enough to get it uncanceled and got me checked in. I had asked her what time check out was and then if it would be possible to check out late, she told me that I would be able to check out at 1pm. I was super appreciative of her, in letting me be able to do that. However that morning, I reached out to the front desk (at around 11am) to see if they had a toothbrush. They were kind enough to get two sent to my room. When I called a 2nd time, little close to 1pm, I wanted to ask about check out and just as I was going to ask my question - the FD staff was SO rude with me, saying that they would charge me extra if I don't leave by 1pm. I told them that I had a late check out and his quick response was that there wasn't a message communicated about a late check out. He had the audacity to say that they will ask her in the evening but it was my risk. I was livid because 1) communication with the staff isn't set up right and 2) how rude the staff member was - he could have warned me at the first first call because it was a little after 11am (which is the normal check out time) about the consequences. the fact that he waited until like 30 mins to 1pm to threaten an extra was shocking. I would come back, the hotel is definitely nice but I would warn others about communication with staff will go no where if the person you talked to doesn't put the message where it should to inform everyone else.
