Liked: The exterior looks good.
Disliked: The elevator and hallways smelled bad. Our room was not well-maintained (missing sink stopper, missing microwave plate, carpet-floor interface peeling). Many of the staff seemed unhappy and were not friendly, e.g., there were very few smiles.

Liked: Was a nice place for restaurants and stores and NAU campus.
Disliked: I was wishing for potatoes instead of EGGS - scrambled eggs and cheese omelet. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs but wish for a different entree.

Liked: It was close to the north pole experience
Disliked: Our room was disgusting! Baseboards falling off, mold and yellow in the restroom. Restroom walls not painted. They said we would have a pull out sofa, we had none. Not even a fold out cot to accommodate.
