One night and enjoyed my...

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: Gnats in the window. No mattress protector. Room had odor of mildew.

Great Stay for a Good...

Liked: I have stayed here a few times on visits to the area. The location is very safe, tucked away behind really nice and upscale stores. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel is clean. I was here a week doing some service work at a nonprofit organization, and I had a nice stay. My only recommendation would be to have healthier options at breakfast!
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved, and it would be nice not to be forced to watch Fox News while eating!

It was an work trip...

Liked: It was okay
Disliked: When I walked into the room, there was a musty, damp smell that immediately stood out. To make matters worse, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment.

Disliked: - Overcharged for pet. Email read $20/night, I was charged $25, and when mentioned, the hotel took no responsibility and told me I had to take it up with booking.com- Our room smell like cat urine - The light was not working in room hallway - Curtains were off some of the hooks so couldn't close all the way - Trash surrounded the hotel premises, outside the parking area- Room wasn't cleaned during stay (no garbage pick up or fresh towels)
