At check in we were told a charge of an additional $150 would be put on our credit card for a deposit and would be returned after our visit. If I’m already paying for my room and my credit card is on file, why is that charge going through BEFORE any billable issues? If that was in the booking information it has to have been in the tiniest fine print possible. We were also not told that the breakfast provided needed the ticket given at check in that had our room and wifi information on it in exchange for the meal. We ended up leaving the hotel to find a meal elsewhere.

Liked: Proximity to the event we were in town for.
Disliked: Front desk communication.

Clean basic room, with helpful...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, from check in to breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast options could of been a little better. I didn't like having to pay to hold our bags for an hour when we had already stayed 3 days, felt like it as a bit of money grab.

Superb

Liked: The location was great. It was easy to find and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful with how to purchase a parking ticket. We came to Chicago from Brownsville, Texas. Great place to stay.
Disliked: I wish we would've had a better view, that is the only reason we booked a hotel in downtown. It was my mistake for not clarifying but that was the only thing I didn't enjoy.

Breakfast update

Liked: I like the easy check in and check out.
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast. The where not oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes or scrabble eggs. No bacon. The menú need to update. My opinion is the price should include a decent breakfast. In my stay I only eat coffee and 2 toast. I hope in the future change the menú.

Fantastic facility and wonderful staff.

Liked: This hotel was exceptional. Extremely clean and the staff was amazing. My mom accidentally left her apple watch in the room after we checked out and when i went back for it they had it in a bag at the desk and made sure i was the owner by verifying what room we had stayed in.
