Simple missing items should be...

Liked: Have visited this location multiple times over 10 year span. Always friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Tried to get a simple hair dryer in the morning, front desk staff just flummoxed on finding a simple hairdryer, insisting that day manager was only one able to access storage for said item. Like wtf

Liked: Rude staff. Small pool. No pool towels. Children running in the halls at ALL hours of the night.

Disliked: Stayed 5 days and they never cleaned our room despite 2 requests for it to be cleaned.
