Another wonderful weekend in SB

Liked: Newer construction means lots of modern amenities(quiet HVAC, large elevator, plenty of parking) compared to most local properties. Several EV chargers are available in the parking garage. Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast offering started the day off well.
Disliked: While the location is a couple blocks from the beach, it's on a main access road so we heard lots of traffic at night. There was also plenty of evening activity at the sports park across the street.
