It was an amazing time...

Liked: We loved the location, very nice an clean, and very comfortable. Went their for my wife’s birthday, she, well we fell in love with it coming back in August for our anniversary.
Disliked: The regular room we booked was way to small, but we were able to upgrade with no problem.

Underwhelming experience in an uncomfortable...

Liked: -too expensive for the quality of service and room-The room got excessively cold and drafty. -no one shared wifi information with me, nor was it listed in the room. -no coffee maker or instant coffee in room-The shower was poorly designed-room was difficult to find-difficult to park in the neighborhood

Perfect location for a see-the-city...

Liked: This is a perfect location from which to explore San Diego, whether it's walking, by bus, or Lyft. Yet the important stuff is still nearby: food, pharmacy, farmers market, breweries. Staff is very friendly.
Disliked: There are signs the hotel is still recovering from COVID. Our A/C unit was weaker than expected and probably needed replacement or maintenance. Our reading lights cut out within two minutes of being turned on. I suspect when there's available cash ownership will do a deeper dive.

Well worth being in the...

Liked: Location was perfect for walking to the waterfront and along India St for all of the Little Italy night life and Saturday market.
Disliked: Parking was expensive but available

Liked: Our room had an entertaining view. The lighting was great and the overall decor was really nice.
Disliked: The room got pretty hot and stuffy but we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. It would have been nice to have a fan in there to circulate the air better.

Liked: Great location in Little Italy. Great Farmers Market right outside the door. Staff is exceptional.
