Liked: The place is very cozy, clean and quiet, but close to restaurants and the amazing beach of Lauderdale by the sea.Host Bill was really gentle, kind and took really good care of the guests. The studio has everything we need to our stay.I really want to come back with my family.

Great location, lovely room and...

Liked: Very friendly welcome by Bill the manager. Showed us to the room and went through all the facilities and offered local advice on shopping and restaurants. Was able to use the washer /drier as we were staying for nearly a week.Large apartment type room with kitchenette facilities..large tv…plenty of storage with a walk in wardrobe room. Beach towels and chairs provided. Nice bathroom with large walk-in shower. Table and chairs outside both the front of the room and at the back with a bbq if required. Pool was under refurbishment but we were offered the use of a pool at a property across the road if we wanted. Parking available outside the property. Few minutes walk down to the shops and restaurants and beach. Plenty of choice. There is a small mall with a Publix supermarket within ten minutes walk in the opposite direction to the restaurants.Would definately stay here again if we came back to Florida.

Liked: Close to the Atlantic Ocean, several beach restaurants and "hanging out" locations. Lots of destination/entertainment centers within 35-mile radius

small courtyard type of motel. mom and pop type of place. plenty of room. ample parking. the room i had would be great for family with kids. a stated above everything seems to be within walking distance. publix, beach, downtown type area, restaurants, etc. no smoking in rooms. small 3 ft to 6 ft pool. full kitchen including table. clean area, no bums or anything like that. i stayed for 10 days was right next to police station and firehouse and only had lights and sirens once. just a note, for those that happen to take xboxes and the like in case of rainy days bring them here. most chains nationwde have garbage internet connections that require a browser logon, that means no xbox live. not this place, just like hooking up at home. support mom and pop, the real lifeblood of the U.S.

Liked: mom and pop place with a good bit of character. you can damn near see the ocean from the driveway. walking distance to alot of stuff so no worries about where to park. internet that works and is simple to access.
Disliked: wanted to extend stay but room was already reserved for the extra days i wanted. cant say i didnt exactly not like the place though. no laundry on site.
