Liked: Parking is convenient always able to find a parking spot. Room was nice and clean, good size.Location is good close to so many restaurants, gas station and small markets
Disliked: What we didn't like was that the restroom is too small, specially the shower, does not have a ventilator, when taking a shower the bathroom gets all steamy and the mirror gets foggy, now can you imagine when someone uses the toilet? Also too close to where one of the beds is put.The AC/heater is too noisy, the room was cold and couldn't sleep with the heater on, also too close to where the other bed was put right next to where you put your head.

Perfect location near Palace of...
Liked: The parking was definitely a plus. It was really helpful to have it on the property and not as an extra charge either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as my friends and I were going to the Palace of Fine Arts. It was literally a 10 min walk at most in a very walking-friendly part of town.
Disliked: The beds are a little stiff, but the rooms were clean and everything looked great.

Bring earplugs!
Liked: The location was perfect for our visit. The Marina district is gorgeous with lots of beautiful homes and great restaurants. We were an easy walk from the Sail GP event at the Yacht Club. The beds were comfortable, but the walls were thin and the room was loud! We could hear everything going on around us, conversations, walking feet, running water, and traffic.

Unacceptable.
Liked: Last minute booking; however, was billed separately and was charged twice. Called to advise them but they told me they could not do anything about it. One night stay charged twice when I had called and we were facing an emergency? Ridiculous. It seems they are trying to survive.
Disliked: The lack of assistance to specific request.
