Liked: There was no AC or Heater; there was a portable AC unit in one bedroom. The other rooms had no heating or AC. I found a portable heater in the closet, which I placed in the living room. To keep my son warm. This building is old, but the one next to us was a newer building. No gym due to COVID? The pictures they posted are from the newer building, very disappointed.

Liked: THERE IS NO BREAKFAST !!! FOR THIS PRICE ...NOT A GOOD DEAL. The front desk young lady has a very bad accent, it is terrible to understand what she says, she uses dental braces ??? Not a good job position to put her into ????. I PAYED FOR TWO BEDRROMS one OCEAN VIEW AND ONE POOL VIEW. THEY PUT US ON A VERY, VERY OLD APARTMENT that was not really reflected into the Booking pictures. The front desk said that they just got the OLD STYLE WHILE WHE CAN SEE THROUGH THE BALCONIES there were plenty of empty Bedrroms...next year I will stay at the Pantai Inn.

Liked: i liked the room and how clean it was. The location was the reason for even looking at the hotel. The seals were pretty cool as well. I
Disliked: There were back to back weddings that take up the entire rooftop. If i had known that, i would not have stayed here at all. I asked when i arrived if i would be able to go to the roof top and they said i would be able to one of the days, which was not true. i never even got to go up. The worst part was all the people attending the weddings were obnoxious and loud yelling right next to my room. i literally had to yell at them to shut up at 11 pm. Theres only 1 elevator making it extremely difficult to get to my car in the basement. The wedding people were pushing every floor cuz they were intoxicated.DONT STAY HERE IF THEY ARE DOING WEDDINGS... which they WONT tell you ahead of time. i literally should have received some kind of discount for the trouble. honestly annoyed about this. this was my second stay and it looks like im never going to the rooftop. same situation the first time but i decided to try again .

Liked: We could see the ocean.
Disliked: They have a roof top venue for weddings/events. There were 4 weddings out of the 5 nights we were there. The roof top venue is almost level to the terrace studios. Very loud for 4-5 hours every evening but one.

Location and view are great.

Liked: I love the renovated side and the view from the balcony.
Disliked: The pillows are awful. I don’t think the hot tub should close at 10:00. I think with all the weddings that happen you should invest in something else for families to like not close the libraries, hot tub etc.. the main reason people that stay is for the roof top. The wedding parties get to enjoy themselves and we go to bed with awful pillows. The coffee area with fire pits even closes early.

Disliked: Room 104 is not suppose to call oceanfront view room because the only thing I can see is the public toilet. No hairdryer in my room :( Very disappointed for what I pay over $500 per night
