It was a great stay. We went walking to Alamo Dome everyday, also to riverwalk. Brand new hotel. Nicely kept, clean, and perfect.

Disliked: Toilet problematic, had to take top off tank to flush it a few times. No one ever at front desk. Television very confusing.

Our stay at the La...

Liked: My husband and I had originally booked an Airbnb that we couldn't remain in due to plumbing issues. We had to think quickly and find us another place to stay while in San Antonio. This hotel had good reviews and at an affordable price for us. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and courteous. He was understanding to our needs and gave us a room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the showerhead sprayed outside the shower, causing the floor to get wet on both sides of the tub. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room, the location, and the stay at the La Hacienda Inn.

Liked: Loved the room we stayed in. It was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was a decent size.
Disliked: The parking lot is pretty small.
