It was a great stay. We went walking to Alamo Dome everyday, also to riverwalk. Brand new hotel. Nicely kept, clean, and perfect.

Excellent choice for basic travelling

Liked: Second time here. Quick check-in, room was just a bit small but clean and comfortable, all amenities worked. Very comfortable bed, zero issues with noise as the neighborhood basically shuts down at night. Love the rustic vibe within the room. Very close to the Alamodome and downtown SA, so a good option if you like to walk back and forth. Do keep in mind that this is a no frills hotel. No elevator so be ready to carry luggage up and down, no breakfast, no pool. If this is what you are looking for, this is a really great choice.

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel was close to downtown.
Disliked: You could hear a lot of noise in the hall from other people’s doors opening and closing and people talking in the hallways. We had to park across the street because the parking lot is small.

Liked: I’ve stayed at this property before in the past the staff is friendly. It is a quiet, clean, convenient location. I especially enjoy it because it is clean.

Disliked: Everything! You hook us into a no refund booking with false photos then after paying way beyond what the room was worth an email was sent out stating no elevator. Joke of a “hotel” it was like little motel of horror
