Does not live up to...

Liked: The room was overall clean and Wi-Fi worked well in my room. Breakfast was fine, but not amazing.
Disliked: The hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel. I don't doubt that this used to be true, but it should no longer apply.Looking at the room and corridors, the hotel is in dire need of renovations. For example, no attempt was made to remove limescale from the shower probably since it was installed, meaning many nozzles are clogged up and do not function. This is unacceptable for a hotel in this class. There are other examples where an element of the hotel does not live up to the 5 start reputation, but I feel the shower examples is sufficient to illustrate my point.Incidentally, the hotel advertises with a rooftop bar, but during my stay the bar was often rented out for special occasions and therefor unavailable for guests.

Liked: Location is great on via nazionale. Breakfast on the 9th floor was an unexpected buffet including bacon and eggs and pastries; big plus. Room was good size, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom needs a bit of a makeover as do the corridors. Very good experience overall.
Disliked: Check in at 3 is a bit tough even if you can leave your luggage. And luggage was in our room when we actually checked in at 3ish.

Poor

Disliked: The night receptionist was extremely rude I kept calling and telling them the heater wasn’t working and they were saying “it’ll work in a few minutes” finally after 3 hours of me calling they sent a technician that fixed the issue (at 11.40 pm)

Good service and great views...

Liked: The breakfast was very tasty and the kitchen & bar staff were very accomodating, professional and friendly! As a bonus the rooftop restaurant/bar was cozy and views were great ^^Overall the staff was super helpful and friendly and everything went very well with the stay.
Disliked: The interior of the hotel was a bit outdated but other than that my stay was perfect. The room itself was very nice and better than I expected.

Disliked: The time to check in I arrived early at 12:30 pm but I don’t think the property was full to check in at 3 pm. The breakfast box was something notable to get in the early morning at 6:00 am but it was not having what I was expecting. It was contained only sweets only no breakfast sandwiches
