Prime location.

Liked: Clean, central air, provided water bottles, close to food, Bourbon street, close to the French market, 15 min walk to Frenchman street, in the French quarter basically on Canal street. This was a prime spot and we were able to park in a parking garage 1 little block away.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like about the property.

Disliked: No chairs in the room, they said they don’t put chairs in the rooms that are at my price point, the safe did not work and I had to call the front desk each time I wanted to open it; then they told me that they were too busy to help the last time. I asked three time to fix my thermostat and they never came for two days.

Terrible, steer clear.

Liked: The location was good, but not good enough to put up with all the bad points. There were no more good points.
Disliked: From the first minute of being there, the attitude of the staff was extremely poor. There was a lack of willingness to address any issues. The bedside lamp didn't work and was never replaced (there wasn't a main overhead light, so it left the room dark). The tv didn't work, which was only resolved after asking on 2 separate days if this could be fixed. The battery in the fire alarm was low and beeping. After telling Sean, the night manager, he said he couldn't guarantee it would be sorted that evening and we'd have to sleep with the noise. After a further, more serious discussion, Sean arrived with a ladder to remove the battery from the fire alarm but didn't replace it. The rooms are cleaned every other day, and as a pet friendly hotel, there were dogs barking and running around at early hours of the morning. Generally a noisy hotel. Not at all worth close to what was charged for our stay.
