Overall good experience!

Liked: Great location! Can walk everywhere and don’t need a car for the trip. The bed was a little firm for me, but some people like that. The room was pricey and very very small. But it’s in the French Quarter so that was to be expected. Overall good experience! I wish parking would have been explained a little better. An option to pay for the parking garage before you get to the hotel would be amazing!

Liked: The property was in a wonderful location in the French Quarter. It felt extremely safe.
Disliked: The staff were AWFUL. We literally were there for less then 24 hours and our shower started flooding and our toilet wouldn’t flush, things happen whatever. So we went and told the front desk gal (working 4/4/25 in the evening) and she literally had so much unnecessary attitude, it was wild. I could have been talking to the wall and would’ve received a better response then what I got from her. I have no idea how she got hired here because her customer service skills were ROUGH. This property could be a 10/10 but I would rank it a -100 just because of her.

Nice and quiet in the...

Liked: Great location, at the quiet margins of the French Quarter, near Canal st.. Very central and convenient in terms of attractions and public transportation. The service at the front desk was excellent. Staff was helpful and nice. The room was very spacious, and included a sitting area. It had a refrigerator and microwave. Complementary tea/coffee in the lobby 24/7.
Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel, somewhat musty. After a minute you don't feel it anymore, but on the moment of entry it is perceptable. The window in my room faced a very close and active parking lot building, so the curtains had to be shut, and there was not enough light in the room, to my mind. The room was cleaned 3 times during my 6 days stay. Shower gel was missing all throughout my stay (I used shampoo). The coffee in the lobby was a wonderful surprise but milk was missing.
