Great little boutique hotel that...

Liked: Jeannette was on night desk when we arrived very late. She was so helpful and liked after us. Location is perfect for going to the casinos, French Market, and all the entertainment on Bourbon Street, yet still off on a quiet street. Several good restaurants and music venues close by.

Dont give credit card number!...

Liked: Location is great, parking nearby is ok. Stuff was nice - but after the stay - not helpful at all.
Disliked: DON'T give your credit card/debit card number in this hotel. This is my first negative review ever on booking/google or anywhere. They charge 3x times for the same payment, they claim they dont see the booking. And when they finally find it they say they dont see triple payments.Fortunetly i took full recipe after the stay - printed by the reception.Lost hours on messages (literraly hours). Stuff dont reply on messages. They reply maybe once every 10days/10 emails and ignore the rest.If you are unlucky and already gave credit card numbers to them - ask stuff to print and TAKE CONFIRMATION from the reception. Of course they never say sorry. I would normally forget it and the money if i knew it it is going to take so long - my time lost to this case is gone forever. Probably thats what the hotel counts on...?
