Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: We especially enjoyed the lobby and spent some free time there. The staff was quite friendly and seemed to remember us when we stopped at the front desk.Set a great location right on the plaza.
Disliked: We enjoy coming to Santa Fe around the holidays. But we're somewhat disappointed in the amount of farilitos on the building. The neighboring hotel does a much better job.Our bathtub would not hold water, but that was repaired when we let them know. It took over twenty four hours for a hand mirror to be delivered to our room.

Amazing location, style and food...

Liked: The location can’t be beat. Right on the plaza. We have dogs who travel with us and they are always welcome. We lived here for 14 years. Been to almost every restaurant and when staying at the hotel we always order room service. Best southwest dishes. Breakfast included
Disliked: Can’t fit my truck in the parking garage. Too tall.

Nice old Santa Fe feel.

Liked: Close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance.

LaFonda is a little more...

Liked: Location is great. Staff is great. Rooms and Hotel have great ambiance. The bar, gift shop, and restaurant are wonderful. It is such an iconic part of Santa Fe.
Disliked: Pillows could have been a little more substantial. Would have been nice to have 2 extra blankets if room has 2 beds. That being said, the rooms are wonderful.

Disliked: Gorgeous hotel, but 30$ night for parking on premises is WILD. Was quoted 190 and charged 250, not worth it unless money is meaningless to spender.
