Not bad at all.

Liked: Room size, breakfast, staff, car park.
Disliked: Honestly this looks quite old. Despite the new bathrooms and some improvement made the Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Furniture is all damaged and looks old. not enough sokets and not in the right places.

Nice place, nice hotel bar...

Liked: I liked the restaurant and the room was very nice.
Disliked: What I did not like about the room was the fact that there was no room in this size category with a shower instead of a bathtub. The bathtubs had high sides. My mother has limited mobility and could not step into the tub. It would be nice to offer a room for disabled guests with some bars in the bathroom and a shower. The clerk did bring us a stool for the shower, but unfortunately my mother could not step into the tub

Liked: Easy parking, nice pool, clean room, comfy bed, awesome breakfast(really it was worth it) but most of all the staff! I happened to forget my Kindle Paperwhite there. Ms. Bascolo from the reservation and especially Mr. Toppazzini from the front desk were very helpful and prompt in organizing the return of my Kindle. It was such a seamless process. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff in this hotel. I am looking forward to staying again. Thank you!
