Liked: Bathroom Design was really Nice Location of the Hotel is very Close to the Center
Disliked: First I booked the Hotel because of the „SPA“I realized there is no Sauna, only hamam where it is required to book an appointmentThe Toilette was broken (Push Button) and the seal next to the bathtube was leaky. I asked in advance for seperated beds, However I need to seperate it after arriving. The gym contained only a few machines, so it’s not a gym in my Point of view.

Liked: The hotel is located in the city center, close to shopping streets, restaurants, riverwalks, and many other highlights of the place. It's an old building, immersed in history, highlighting a local heritage, which gives a unique charm to a place. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and equipped with all amenities needed. The breakfast offered a wide selection of typical French pastries and some savory options. We were welcomed and served by extremely friendly and kind staff.
Disliked: All TV programs (except BBC) were in French. I would recommend adding more international programs.

Beautiful and elegant hotel

Liked: Room was v spacious and absolutely lovely. Whole hotel beautifully appointed. Used the small gym which was good. Very attentive front desk staff. Location nice - could walk to places easily.
Disliked: Breakfast was mid. Lovely orange juice but limited selection of food overall. Ordered an omelette and it took 20 mins and then had wrong filling. No cheese, v limited pastries. Had to chase the staff for coffee. Room was lovely with lots of comfy leather armchairs though.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, fantastic location down a quiet street but close to the center of Carmes, the river, and the capitol.
