Liked: Having opted for a room change from the original one, where there was no window, no air and a blinded exit to a closed courtyard of 3 * 3 meters, I paid an extra10 euros for one night and it seemed like a good investment. I appreciated the attitude of the hotel, which offered another more pleasant room. However, I would have appreciated a more friendly and welcoming approach from the reception staff. They looked very angry yet they arranged the room change for which I am very grateful. I liked the location of the hotel, strategically placed in the city centre and good transport links
Disliked: The location was very pleasant, unfortunately quite disturbing outdoor garden restaurant which was under the windows of the room and guests often sat up late into the night and loudly entertained

Fantastic location for couples or...

Liked: The property is located in a fantastic area. Close to everything and easy to get to.Room was good enough but the hotel staff made the place very memorable.
Disliked: I hope they provide more amenities and maybe slightly renovation as the rooms are looking tired n outdated.
