Superb

Liked: Good location, all the main tourist hotspots either a 1km or walk or a short taxi journey. Parking was free but has limited spaces and it’s a first come served. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were really clean and there was a daily cleaning service.
Disliked: It is on the main road so traffic can be a little noisy from around 6am onwards, til late at night. We did get used to it quickly though.

Liked: Very modern inside, comfy beds and amenities. Aside from road noise, the trolley noise can be very loud during the morning, but we were usually up by that time anyways!

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the rooms were updated to a modern flare. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Best feature. Free parking since all other hotels in San Fran charge $60-$80 a night.
Disliked: Nothing the hotel can do about this but you can hear cars driving down the busy Lombard street. After the first night, I didn't hear them anymore.

Great stay!

Liked: Free Parking, and is close to the peir.Room comes with a microwave and a refrigerator.Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Area was safe.
