Liked: it was no hot water in my two rooms. there was no refrigerator or a microwave in the rooms the rooms smell like mold stillness on cleanliness. there was trash debris on walkways from room to front office non-construction personal garbage
Disliked: the lack of comfort have no hot water and the cleanliness

Liked: The rooms are newly remodeled
Disliked: I requested my room be cleaned every day and it wasn’t, nor were the linings replenished. The front desk clerk told me I should take out my own trash to the dumpster all the way at the back of the property, after I came in from working 13 hours. In addition, my room key was reset every day when I paid for four days, so I had to carry everything I had on my person to the office to get my room key reset

Liked: I was looking for a bed, shower and conditioned air at a reasonable price and it met those needs. Liked the shower and sink setup, but the commode room was a bit small and the seat kinda weird. I'll stay here again.
Disliked: The TV remote functioned but barely. Softer lighting in the room would be better, but again I was just looking for a place to sleep and bathe and it meets those needs.

Disliked: Reserved room 8 months ago for a family wedding. Called 1 week prior to our dates. Was told handicap room available first floor. Oct 31 went to Tallahassee. When we went to check in I was told they didn't have my reservation. There were no rooms available. Needless to say I was really upset. After 30 minutes at the desk I was told that there is a room. # 246 second floor NO elevator. I then went to my vehicle and brought my copy of my reservation in. At that point there were several other people checking in and I was left waiting. My turn again. They were pointing and talking and then said they have one room and only one room that's all. # 114. Had no choice according to them. Our room. # 114One light at the entrance as you walk in.No lights at the bedside or anywhere else in the room.Desk by TVNo Chair in the room.Mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. NO outlet to plug in iron. Bed mattresses Smaller than the framing underneath. Sharp corners on exposed framing. Exposed all around mattress. A ledge that was sharp against the back of your calves. Bedding was Clean !!!Now the Bathroom. NO HOT Water in the sink to wash your face. Cold water Nearly non existent. Trickling. No plug in the tub to take a bathtub wash. Had to go get towels and toilet paper. No Fire Alarm. Just open wires. Open hole in countertop. Missing sink. This was supposed to be a Studio with plates and silverware and more. Floors filthy.
