Not worth the money. Run...

Liked: Location was close to the Beach.
Disliked: Old furniture, sterile white walls in room, no chair to sit in, dirty walk ways, burnt out outdoor lights, landscaping was lacking, run down feel generally. Room was ready 4 hours prior to check in but still was charged $35.00. Money grab is what it is. Avoid this place.

Liked: This I a gem of a hotel tucked away in a gated garden community

It was what we needed...

Liked: The man at the office was so nice and polite, he made check in so easy. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great within a few blocks of the beach.
Disliked: Parking could be better, our shower took awhile to drain when we would shower, but it did drain. Housekeeping tried opening our door with her key, but never announced who she was or what she wanted when I asked. The pool was very green the first night we were there so we couldn’t get in.

Liked: Our room was modern, spacious and clean, much better than anticipated.
Disliked: Deck around the pool could use some maintenance.
