Liked: The staff was the absolute kindest, the location is very close to the main square, but yet just enough off. The rooms are sleek and minimal with great aesthetic design.

Liked: Very clean, very comfortable and spacious room. Very nice friendly and helpful staff, both in reception and in the breakfast room.
Disliked: The location at night, particularly Friday and Saturday night, was a little noisy

An exceptional hotel with charming...

Liked: An exceptional hotel which features award-winning beautiful modern design, making the stay feel like something from Architectural Digest. The truly amazing thing was how charming and friendly the staff are. Another feature, the location is on street is quiet, but only two blocks from the Piazza Walter: both convenient and peaceful.

Benchmark hotel for revisit in...

Liked: Firstly and most importantly, I feel the “temperature” and taste of the hotel: it is beyond business. It is like a chef who really loves food and loves to share the taste other than simply making money. Many carefully/well-designed details; homelike; comfortable bed; bright and spacious room; harmonious integration of classic wood furniture with modern device and elements; very nice staff….
Disliked: If need one, the shower water is relatively cold in the night. No problem in the morning.If need two, google street view should update the picture of the hotel (for free).

Excellent Hotel

Liked: Very clean facility with excellent staff and amenities. The morning breakfast was very good. This is a gorgeous hotel that is very comfortable.
Disliked: This is a very eco-friendly hotel so there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Not a problem as you can open your windows, however, there are several rooms that when you do this the cigarette smoke from neighboring building balconies drifts into your room. So you’re kind of stuck with either a hot room or a cigarette smoke filled room which isn’t ideal if you don’t smoke.
